The College of Design at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University is a college for women that is founded on supporting the educational and intellectual growth of Saudi women by equipping them with excellent design education.  Design education at the College is closely tied to the cultural context of the Arab and Islamic society while simultaneously exposing students to the latest global trends and technologies.

Design influences all aspects of life. Given the close relationship that the Saudi community enjoys with its Islamic values and traditional roots, this relationship informs the design process and helps produce culturally appropriate designs for local and regional clients.
