With more than 20 years experience in policy, research, and engaging with communities, Lynn designs innovative intersectional human-centered research to develop deep, grounded, and diverse insights co-led with communities and citizens. Her experience focuses on socio-economic development, sector and industry growth, humanitarian response, and philanthropy.
Lynn manages complex multidisciplinary quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research projects in the Middle East that require building deep and trusted relationships with constituents and community stakeholders. She empowers her teams to integrate patience, deep listening, and education into their research journeys. Applying meticulous analytical rigor into data analysis and policy outcomes, Lynn has designed new national programs, policies, ministerial decrees, and laws in Saudi Arabia and other MENA countries, especially focused on socio-economic empowerment, sector transformation, and cultural development to unlock the potential of families, households, and cultural practitioners to thrive. She is also investing in diverse research contributions to global literature to address regional data gaps and provide more accessible data for regional and global researchers and policy makers. Lynn is an author and guest columnist in multiple international outlets and gives her platform to communities to amplify their voices as co-authors on policy and diplomacy emergencies. She also lectures on evidence-led decision-making, inclusive and community-centered research, and ethical risks in private and public impact funding.
