In his most recent role as General Manager of Strategy & Research, Bader has focused on topics related to the Architecture & Design sector, specifically from a regulatory and enablement perspective. As one of the early inaugurators of the Architecture and Design Commission, he has contributed to the sector’s overarching strategy, developed policies and regulations, and led research initiatives. At the core of his responsibilities, he runs the advisory function on topics related to Urban Transformation and the Role of Design in Sustainability Adoption.
